Report Designer

NCReport Designer is a native GUI application for report design. The designer creates the report template file which works with the report engine. The report template format is XML.

The system consists of two parts: the report rendering library and the report designer application. The report engine can also be used and integrated on its own.

Highlights

• Visual, band-oriented editor with rulers, geometry editor and data source manager
• Templates are XML and can be loaded from a file, a string or an SQL database
• Runs in the browser too: WebAssembly (WASM) mode since version 2.34
• Optional custom XML attributes for your own tooling (2.35)
• Saves templates with minimal XML differences, so they work well in version control
